As an Administrative Virtual Assistant at Meyer Plastics Inc, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and database management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Supporting with general administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote setting
  • Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
