Odd Rabbit is a new sushi restaurant in Boulder serving up craft cocktails, Japanese inspired fare and immaculate vibes in an easy-going atmosphere. Odd Rabbit is actively hiring Bartenders for our grand opening this spring with growth potential for the right candidate passionate about hospitality. We are seeking people who possess our values:

** Friday and Saturday availability is required for this position **

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
• Maintain a current TIPS certification at all times
• Help guests choose menu items, guide them through drink/food options
• Attend all mandatory trainings
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable of both the drink and food menus-know them in & out
• Be aware of all major allergens in every menu item, and be able to coach guests on what they are safe eating/drinking 
• Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant
• Keep the bar stocked and clean throughout service
• Provide friendly, warm, and attentive service
• Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages and food menu items. 
• Practice safe food/beverage handling and hand washing practices
• Maintain a clean uniform and overall appearance at all times during your shift
• Treat your management and team with respect
• Communicate clearly with all FOH & BOH employees

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($13.80) plus tips
