Job Description

United Hospitality Services, LLC is looking for a full time Box Truck Driver.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order (Pre-inspection and Post-inspection).
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
• Collect pickup and delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes.
• Maintain logs of working hours and mileage.
• Secure cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or covers.
• Drive trucks with capacities greater than 3 tons to transport and deliver linen in wheeled carts that weigh up to 650 lbs.
• Obtain Pickup Tickets at time of pickup and Delivery Manifests at time of delivery with signatures for picked up and delivered goods.
• Inventory and inspect goods to be moved to determine quantities and conditions.
• Drive a 26 ft. box truck with liftgate to load and unload.
• Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
• Load and unload trucks, or help others with loading and unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles and using other equipment as necessary.
• Be able to work evenings and weekends.

• Website: dds.georgia.gov
• Login/Create an account.
• Click on purchase Motor Vehicle Report.
• Click Next.
• Check 7 year MVR.
• Click Next.
• Click Submit.
• Click Checkout.
• Enter Payment info.
• Once payment is processed click ok.
• On the Right side Click on ORDER STATUS/RECEIPT THRU TRANSACTION.
• Scroll down and View MVR.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.

• 10 hour shift.

Experience:
Driving: 3 year (Preferred).

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Necessary).
