Job Description

The Broker Relations & Commission Management Analyst supports the firm’s broker oversight framework, commission and CSA processes, and key governance workflows across the investment platform. This role is responsible for maintaining strong broker relationships, ensuring the accuracy of commission‑related data, and partnering across multiple business areas to support operational effectiveness and control standards. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day broker relationships, communications, and escalation support.

  • Oversee commission reporting and CSA reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely execution.

  • Coordinate the semiannual broker evaluation process, synthesizing feedback and producing actionable reporting.

  • Partner across trading, research, operations, compliance, legal, and leadership teams to align on priorities and support workflow, data, and system needs.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and the internal and external stakeholder experience.

  • Use data‑driven insights to support decision‑making, inform governance materials, and strengthen oversight.

  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives, including technology enhancements and reporting improvements.

  • Support governance activities such as committee materials, Board updates, and regulatory inquiries.

  • Conduct User Access Reviews and assist with compliance‑related testing and documentation.

Preferred Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in broker relations, trading support, commission management, investment operations, or a related financial services function.

  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and comfort working with financial or operational datasets.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence outcomes across a matrixed environment.

  • Curiosity, problem‑solving capability, and a drive to improve workflows and controls.

  • Proficiency with Excel; Python/R; familiarity with commission systems, OMS platforms, or tools like CorpAxe is a plus.

Visa Sponsorship

Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $120,000- $165,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
