Position: Business/Process/Systems Analyst
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (must be able to work in the US without sponsorship)
Job Function: Information Technology
Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Business Analysis Certification preferred
Experience: 6+ years directly related experience in an analyst capacity designing and implementing IT solutions on various platforms.
BASIC PURPOSE :
Serve as a client partner to Manthan’s clients and help them understand and use our products effectively to drive positive impact to their business. This position will focus on Enterprise application, its integrations to Business processes and related Analytics. Working knowledge of business areas supported is expected, serving as an advisor in business systems and process-oriented solutions
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quickly learn Manthan product features and understand client’s business and requirements
Perform business analysis activities for the Product Lifecycle, Supply Chain & technology areas, including requirements elicitation, tracking, clarification and communication, specification writing and validation of solutions, utilizing appropriate diagramming and documentation methodologies
Creation and execution of test plans and scripts in support of solution delivery. Testing solutions to verify requirements are met and working with developers to resolve issues and support once solutions are in production.
Adhere & assist with change management, business process improvement and project management
Provide guidance to team members as a coach and mentor, in addition to task assignment and evaluation when appropriate
Collaborate with other IT and business resources to understand issues, plan work and deliver solutions.
EXPECTED SKILLS:
Strong executive presence, presentation, and communication skills, including ability to communicate according to audience
Ability to work and coordinate with the internal cross-functional teams to help meet client’s ongoing requirements
Proficiency in SQL. Experience with Data visualization tools is a plus.
Experience and understanding of Agile, Scrum.
Ability to proficiently execute job responsibilities independently on numerous assignments of critical nature
Ability to communicate complex ideas and work effectively with people at all levels in the organization
Diagramming & Documentation techniques
Knowledge of Supply Chain or related Retail Practices
