Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping complex projects on track? We are looking for a Purchasing and Supply Chain Specialist to support a global automotive supply chain team in Troy, MI. In this role, you will be managing a large-scale project tracking components and orgins with various suppliers for OEMs.
This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of collaborative in-office teamwork and the flexibility of remote work.
What You’ll Bring We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate possesses:
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in automotive supply chain or purchasing processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple moving parts independently.
salary: $29 - $36 per hour

Responsibilities
Provide support for purchasing team project
- Project management
- Communicate with suppliers (written and verbal)
- Serve as liaison between purchasing, sales, customer center, and suppliers
- Track project in Excel and utilize SAP
