Carrier Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Carrier Services Representative to support our transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between carriers, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient freight movement.

Carrier Services Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )

• Coordinate shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Track and monitor loads, providing updates to internal teams as needed
• Assist with assigning carriers to available freight
• Help resolve delivery issues and delays in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate shipment and carrier information in company systems

Carrier Services Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office) and multiline phones
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting
• Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience working with freight carriers, brokers, or 3PL environments
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and transportation regulations
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly under pressure
