• Hourly pay: $35/hr
• Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Hollywood, CA 1575 - Onsite)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment (Possible extension)

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Contract Administrator to join a Contract Administration team that works closely with various departments to administer the contractual obligations of all above-the-line talent.

Contract Administrator Responsibilities:

• Review contracts, generate writer/director contracts for those episodes in their series assigned.
• Draft payment schedules for talent, option notices, and work on the writer’s guild reports.
• Collaborate with departments such as labor, business affairs, and finance to gather information needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Send out pertinent documentation, and maintain charts in connection with the BCS, CBS Anti-Harassment Training, and NOE for all assigned series.

Contract Administrator Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business and legal affairs, production payroll and/or contract administration at a major studio or agency.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• An entertainment experience is preferred
• Ability to read and understand contracts and terms of payment
• Ability to effectively interact with a range of personalities and styles to establish and maintain relationships with various departments.

Shift:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Pacific Time office hours.
