Job Title: Contracts AdministratorJob Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Contracts Administrator to manage and oversee contract activities throughout the order lifecycle. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth within our expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for contract customers throughout the order lifecycle.

• Review, process, and manage purchase orders accurately and on time.

• Maintain customer contracts, pricing agreements, and supporting documentation.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure contract compliance and on-time delivery.

• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate status updates or changes.

• Process returns, credits, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.

• Analyze customer forecasts and demand to support planning and procurement.

• Prepare reports related to contract performance, sales activity, and customer metrics.

• Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records in BTS and applicable database systems.

Essential Skills

• Experience in contract management and purchase order processing.

• Proficiency in contract language review and customer interaction.

• Strong data entry and invoicing skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field.

• Four or more years of experience in a B2B environment.

• Experience in aerospace, defense, space, and/or semiconductor markets.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite, working collaboratively with a team of 5 in sales and contracts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
