Maintain thorough documentation of client communications to ensure accurate follow-through.
Initiate follow-up outreach to confirm client satisfaction and continued progress.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Effective time management and attention to detail while balancing multiple tasks.
Composed and professional demeanor in a variety of situations.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is beneficial, though not mandatory.
