Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing information about services. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
* Provide accurate information about services and company policies.
* Assist customers with requests, orders, or general support.
* Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
* Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when necessary.
* Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
