While this is a remote position, we will be prioritizing candidates who have close proximity to a major airport and the ability to travel somewhat frequently within one of our priority regions. We are seeking an energized, self-motivated Territory Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, is comfortable working independently, and is fueled by the thrill of the sale. The Territory Sales Representative will focus on developing new distribution partnerships, creating contractor-level demand, and driving the growth of our Plumbing and HVAC product lines across an assigned region.
This is not just an account management role—we’re looking for a hunter who’s passionate about growth, skilled in relationship building, and eager to make a direct impact on revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-driven, and excited about being out in the field, meeting customers, and generating results.
This position offers a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and territory success. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for commissions and/or performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth, new account acquisition, or other key performance indicators. Travel reimbursement and tools necessary for success in the field will also be provided.
