Field Sales Representative (Canvasser).
$45,000 to $55,000.

Schedule: Full‑time | Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-3pm.
Pay Structure: hourly base + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
Potiential annual earnings: $45,000 to $55,000, top performers can make up to $60,000 annually.

• Canvass local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners door-to-door.
• Generate quality leads for our sales team.

• No hard selling - your focus is starting conversations and creating opportunity.

What you bring:

• Positive, outgoing, self-motivated attitude; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active; stand/walk up to 8 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability during listed hours; goal-oriented and team-first mindset.
