Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Minimum Requirements - Education: Minimum eighth-grade level
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and handle 50 pounds
- Availability: Must be able to work 10-hour days and all holidays
- Footwear: Must wear 6-inch steel toe boots (Required — no exceptions)
Primary Duties - Collect garbage, recyclables, and yard debris from residential and commercial locations
- Perform curbside pickups using hand tools such as pitchforks and shovels
- Ride along to disposal or recycling sites and assist with unloading
- Assist the driver with fueling and checking fluid levels
- Clean truck interior and exterior at the end of each shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities - Comfortable working with waste and debris
- Capable of using basic hand tools
- Physically able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects throughout the shift
- Dependable and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
