You’ll likely succeed here if you:
Have 3 to 4 years of HVAC installation experience
Have HVAC field experience in service, installation, or both
Are comfortable troubleshooting HVAC systems
Take pride in clean, high-quality work
Communicate well with customers and team members
Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Hold EPA certification (preferred)
Variety of work between service and installation
Supportive leadership and organized dispatching
