IT Business Systems Analyst Lead Job Number : 219750 Join Forbes' 2025 Best Employer for Diversity! As an IT business systems analyst lead in our Claims Information Technology team, you'll play a key role in the development of enhancements to our claims systems. In this role, you'll lead two scrum teams that will provide support and enablement of a recently completed claims program. You'll also work closely with product owners to define business requirements as part of user stories. You'll have an opportunity to work across the enterprise to coordinate meeting project milestones. This position is open to remote work. Must-have qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in an information technology discipline or related field of study and minimum six years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience in requirements gathering activities.
Preferred Skills - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as scrum master work and/or project coordination
- Ability to define detailed requirements and document system dependencies for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements
- Experience flexing between several roles within a scrum team
- Ability to influence others in a team environment that entails tight deadlines and changing priorities
Compensation - $95,000 - $115,000/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
