Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Tampa, FL
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing support as they work through mental health, emotional, and life challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history
• Develop treatment plans based on client needs, symptoms, and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed
• Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate to the client’s concerns
• Follow HIPAA, ethical, and professional documentation standards
• Identify safety concerns and follow proper crisis response procedures

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
• Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
• Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
• Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
• Excellent communication and professional judgment
