Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide high-quality patient care in Bronx, NY 10473. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' function and independence
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated treatment
Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers
Qualifications:
Active NYS Occupational Therapy or OT Assistant License (Required)
Preferred: 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Job Details:
Job Types: Part-time, Per Diem
Salary: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
