ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full-time position, with work hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As a Light Commercial Inside Sales Representative, your day will begin with responding to inbound sales inquiries from customers via phone, email, and web platforms. You will provide crucial product information, technical guidance, and pricing for light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Throughout your day, you will prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals, working closely with outside sales representatives, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Managing project timelines, tracking order status, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems will be essential parts of your routine. You will also support marketing and promotional campaigns while staying informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible service to our customers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A LIGHT COMMERCIAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
