Your Role Includes:

• Providing hands-on nursing care like checking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care.
• Helping patients with daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Working closely with Registered Nurses and healthcare team members to create and follow care plans.
• Keeping accurate records of patient information and care provided.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly environment for patients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic new nurses!
• Great communication skills and a warm, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
