Pacha New York is a large-scale music and nightlife venue located in Brooklyn, presenting global electronic artists, live performances, and cultural programming. Position Overview
Pacha is seeking energetic, personable, and sales-driven Merchandise Sales Associates to support daily operations of our branded merchandise store and event retail activations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, driving merchandise sales, maintaining store presentation, and representing the Pacha lifestyle and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced nightlife and entertainment environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and has a passion for music, fashion, and hospitality.
● Previous retail, hospitality, nightlife, or customer service experience preferred
● Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
● Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and event hours
● Professional appearance and positive attitude
● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
● Interest in nightlife, music culture, fashion, and entertainment is strongly preferred
Work Environment
● Fast-paced nightlife and entertainment venue
● Loud music and high guest volume during events
● Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts required

Key Responsibilities
● Greet and assist guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner
● Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement
● Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash-handling procedures
● Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the merchandise store and displays
● Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts and inventory organization
● Support merchandise setup and breakdown during concerts, festivals, and special events
● Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management
● Ensure merchandise displays align with brand standards and marketing initiatives
● Assist guests with sizing, product questions, exchanges, and general inquiries
● Help prevent loss by following security and cash-control procedures
● Work collaboratively with operations, security, and event staff during high-volume nights
● Represent the Pacha brand positively both in-store and during live events

Salary Range: USD 30– 35 per hour (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
