SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of the Relief Specialist are to sell, rotate, restock, reset, merchandise, build displays, special events, and assist with covering both sales and merchandising routes when needed by performing the following duties.

EDUCATION
Basic training in an office or operations. Knowledge of basic office software and office technology, or warehouse/delivery technology. First-line production supervisors over semi-skilled operations, and the like. Equivalent to 1-3 practical trades or training

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Requires the ability to read, write, complete simple forms and understand simple written instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Requires the ability to perform arithmetic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division including decimals and fractions. Understanding of basic Trade Math principles such as margin, mark-up, revenue, profit, and unit cost. Could require simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules or diagrams.
