Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the onboarding process for candidates interested in joining The Good Hands Rescue Network (GHRN). These responsibilities may include responding to inbound inquiries from interested candidates, reminding candidates about outstanding onboarding steps, and scheduling skills validation appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform follow-up contact campaigns to candidates
Conduct inbound inquiries from interested candidates
Support qualified gig work candidates in completing the necessary onboarding steps to join the Good Hands Rescue Network
Evaluate candidate roadside assistance tools to ensure minimum safety requirements are met
Schedule skills validation appointments for Good Hands Rescue Network candidates
Education
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Experience
2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
