We provide consistent hours based on case stability with the option to take on fill-in cases as needed. Available shifts:

• 3-4 nights 10p-6a
• Saturday & Sunday 6a-2p

What You’ll Do: * Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care * Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. * Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
