Analyst would be working to source, identify and triage new targets to fill the companies development pipeline. We are a private company that builds , owns and operates a commercial portfolio in New England. Oportunity for candidate to learn all aspects of the real estae business including acquistions,underwriting, financing, permitting and entitlements, ground up large developments, design, Project management , engineering, construction and cost controls, technology adaption, and leasing, marketing and managing properties. Person will be asked to work in various areas of the development process.
