Join Ecolab’s sales team as an Account Manager (f/m/d) in the P harma & Personal care market.  Ecolab Life Sciences is focused on developing and commercializing cleaning & disinfection solutions for Global manufacturers of Pharmaceutical and Personal Care, Health and Beauty products. What Will You Do:

Work closely with the Personal Care team to drive new customer acquisition by delivering value-added sales and service activities for customers:

•  Provide onsite cleaning trials support, technical consultancy, customer trainings, coordinate onsite engineering projects and tailored cleaning recommendations.

• Leverage technical and consultative sales expertise to build credibility with current and prospective customers, while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business

• Represent the company at industry seminars and trade shows to expand professional networks, generate leads, and stay informed on Personal Care market developments

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science) or related field

• 6+ years successful technical sales or outside sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approach

• Ideally prior experience working in industrial environments (in Personal Care or Food and beverage)

• Strong interpersonal, intercultural & relationship skills

• Language: Italian, English; Spanish is a plus.

The location for this position is Northern Italy.
