Job Title: RN - OTP / Outpatient Clinic

Location: Juneau, AK

Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Shift & Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Saturday 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Sunday Closed

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - OTP / Outpatient Clinic for an exciting opportunity in Juneau, AK.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications safely according to provider orders and clinic protocols
• Manage OTP medication workflows and controlled substance inventory
• Maintain medication room operations including opening and closing procedures
• Perform point-of-care testing and quality control checks
• Document all patient care accurately within the electronic health record
• Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications and treatment plans
• Coordinate care with providers, pharmacy, and clinic staff
• Support infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience with medication administration or clinic-based workflows preferred
• Strong EMR documentation skills
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making abilities
• Medication safety and controlled inventory management skills
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced outpatient workflows efficiently
