Essential Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.8–10+ years of overall Solutions Architecture experience.5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.Strong hands-on expertise with:Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC)Sales CloudProven experience in:Data modeling and migrationMulti-cloud Salesforce integrationsProficiency in Salesforce technologies:ApexVisualforceLightning / LWCForce.comStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams across the full project lifecycle.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Desirable / Nice to HaveExperience with Salesforce CDP / Data Cloud.Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement.Ability to assess architectural feasibility, scope, and complexity.Experience collaborating with multiple architecture and infrastructure teams.Exposure to open-source tools and modern integration patterns.
