Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid – Local NY/NJ Candidates Only)
Duration:12 Months

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce specialists to ensure alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings deep multi-cloud expertise and hands-on experience with Agentforce , which is a critical requirement for this role.

Note: Candidates must be located in the NY/NJ metro area and available for occasional onsite work in Princeton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise goals
• Lead full lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Ensure architectural consistency across Sales, Service, Manufacturing Cloud , and other Salesforce platforms
• Maintain high standards for security, scalability, performance, and data integrity
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Flows
  • Integration patterns

2. Agentforce & Intelligent Automation

• Leverage Agentforce to enhance:
  • AI-driven case routing
  • Agent productivity
  • Intelligent service automation
• Design solutions that improve customer service efficiency and experience

3. Program Architecture & Governance

• Act as Program Architect across multi-cloud, multi-team initiatives
• Define and enforce architecture frameworks, standards, and governance models
• Evaluate solution feasibility, risks, and business impact
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards

4. Integration & Data Strategy

• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, CRM, Marketing platforms)
• Define API strategies, middleware/ESB patterns , and data synchronization approaches
• Ensure robust data governance and consistency across systems

5. Leadership, Mentorship & Enablement

• Mentor developers, admins, and technical leads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices
• Support pre-sales efforts (solution demos, technical proposals, assessments)
• Provide training and enablement to business and technical users

6. Documentation & Delivery Excellence

• Produce and maintain:
  • Solution Architecture Documents (SAD)
  • Technical Design Documents (TDD)
  • Integration specifications
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and architectural integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Deep hands-on experience across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Apex
  • LWC
  • Flows
  • APIs & integrations
• Experience with middleware platforms and integration frameworks
• Solid understanding of:
  • Security models
  • Data governance
  • DevOps practices
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale architecture and governance

Agentforce (High Priority)

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce solutions
• Exposure to:
  • AI-driven routing
  • Service automation
  • Agent productivity enhancements

Core Capabilities

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Experience driving multi-cloud Salesforce programs

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I
• Additional certifications (Data Architecture, Integration, Sharing & Visibility) are a plus
