Job Summary (List Format): Salesforce Solution Architect Bed Board Management (Healthcare)



Role Overview:
- Lead the architecture and implementation of a real-time Bed Board Management solution on Salesforce for healthcare organizations.
- Deliver scalable, high-performing, and compliant solutions integrating with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to optimize patient flow and bed utilization.



Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce-based Bed Board Management leveraging Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
- Define scalable data models for patient ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer) workflows, bed inventory, and capacity status.
- Translate clinical and operational workflows into automated Salesforce solutions, including intelligent bed assignment and EVS (cleaning) tracking.
- Architect and oversee real-time integrations with EHR systems using HL7, FHIR, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services).
- Configure and customize Salesforce, including building custom objects, Lightning components, and OmniStudio assets.
- Develop dashboards and analytics for real-time operational visibility and predictive capacity planning.
- Ensure security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and implement robust access controls and audit trails.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders; lead design reviews and executive presentations.
- Support Agile teams through requirements definition, quality governance, and risk mitigation.



Required Experience & Skills:
- 8 12+ years in enterprise solution architecture.
- 5+ years Salesforce platform experience, including Health Cloud, OmniStudio/Vlocity, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations (ADT, patient placement, EVS).
- Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena).
- Deep understanding of HL7 and FHIR healthcare data standards.
- Experience with AI/automation for predictive bed assignment and throughput optimization.
- Salesforce certifications: CTA preferred, Application/System Architect, Health Cloud Accredited Professional.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow healthcare workflows (nice-to-have).
