Job Description

Salary: $114,000 - 154,000 per year Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps Center, along with familiarity with industry-standard DevOps tools
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience in defining, developing, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for code repositories, code management, and deployment processes
• Ability to craft and streamline end-to-end processes according to established methods and best practices
• Track record of providing ongoing training to team members
• Strong capability to generate continuous improvement suggestions as the team progresses
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating effective teamwork
• Technical aptitude with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Collaborate with the team to enhance our Salesforce DevOps practices
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to optimize code management and deployment
• Create comprehensive end-to-end processes that reflect industry standards
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills
• Propose and implement strategies for process improvement as the team evolves
• Engage actively with team members, fostering a collaborative environment
