ServiceNow Workflow Developer – Consultant
📍 Kansas City, MO | Hybrid (M–Th on-site / Fri remote) | Remote candidates considered (US only)

Responsibilities

• Build technical business process flows within ServiceNow / BAW tooling
• Translate functional and process requirements into workflows, user entry forms, work queues, and human interactions
• Design, develop, and execute unit, system, integration, and regression testing through production implementation
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, cleansing, and loading into applicable systems
• Mentor team members on BAW development best practices
• Drive process improvements and advocate for business partners across IT initiatives
• Maintain and improve system operations, documentation, and long-term technology roadmap
• Adhere to established corporate development standards

Required

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field + 5 years in application support/design OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Deep ServiceNow expertise including FSO, Incident, Case, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and IntegrationHub
• Advanced workflow design: approvals, escalations, SLAs, exception handling, and cross-platform integrations
• Strong integration experience with REST, SOAP, core banking systems, CRM, and event-driven architectures
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical designs

Preferred

• Financial services or banking industry experience
