Job Description

Join a leading contract manufacturer of electrical and electronic assemblies, supporting a variety of industries. As an SMT Operator, you will be involved in designing, testing, and manufacturing electronic assemblies that integrate into larger products.

Responsibilities

• Set up feeder tables for use in SMT machines.
• Perform kitting activities and operate other machinery.
• Run SMT machines efficiently and accurately.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience in SMT operations.
• Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.
• Familiarity with surface-mount technology.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Work Environment

Work in a structured shift environment with the 1st shift running from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The 2nd shift operates from 2:30pm to 11pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
