Job Description

VMI is accepting applications for a part-time Store/Warehouse Clerk. 

Job Duties:

• Unpack and check quantities against purchase order/invoices.  
• Place stock in proper locations and kept in order.  Ability to physically lift merchandise (up to 50lbs) to stock shelves and move inventory as needed.  Inventory procedures & basic mathematics desired.  
• Assist with check in and record all uniform items from departing, Foreign Study and graduating cadets. 
• Accurately size and tag garments to be returned to stock as prescribed for the item(s) and return to proper area.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to physically lift merchandise (up to 50lbs) to stock shelves and move inventory as needed, walking, climbing stairs and standing for long periods of time. 
• Knowledge of cash register/credit card operations, inventory procedures & basic mathematics.
• Experience in MS Windows – Excel, Word, Access. 
• Great Customer service 

Additional Considerations:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Valid Motor Vehicle driver's license required.
