Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the ER setting.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion in care delivery.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- ER nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-acuity emergency department environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (RN)
- Availability to work 3x12 night shifts and travel assignments
