Job Posting: Traveling Superintendent
Location: Travel required across the Eastern United States (East of Colorado)
Compensation: Competitive base salary + excellent per diem
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee diverse commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial projects, including $50M tilt-wall construction, and experience with multifamily (MF) and other commercial projects valued up to $20M.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
* Manage on-site activities to ensure project quality, safety, and schedules are maintained.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates effectively to the team.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in industrial projects valued at $50M+, specifically tilt-wall construction.
* Experience in multifamily and other diverse commercial projects up to $20M is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the Eastern U.S. (East of Colorado).
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
