We are Make A Way Transport, a transportation company providing essential ride services across multiple regions, including medical appointments, community programs, and daily transportation needs.

As our operations continue to grow, we are hiring a Virtual Dispatcher to join our internal team and support day-to-day driver coordination and scheduling.

This is a direct role within our company, where you will work closely with our drivers to manage schedules, assign trips, and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Location:** Remote (Worldwide)

**Position Type:** Part-Time (with opportunity to grow into Full-Time)

**Compensation:** Starting at $100/week

As a Virtual Dispatcher, you will be at the center of daily operations — coordinating drivers, managing trip schedules, and ensuring clients are transported safely and on time.

This role requires **strong decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure**.

* Assign trips to drivers based on availability, location, and efficiency
* Monitor daily routes and ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs
* Communicate with drivers in real-time to resolve delays or issues
* Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and schedule adjustments
* Track trip progress and update internal systems accordingly
* Provide support to drivers throughout their shifts
* Maintain clear and professional communication with team members
* Ensure all operations align with company standards and expectations
