What To Expect:
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
Some Company leads may be provided.
Conduct roof, gutter, siding, and other third party inspections.
Educate homeowners and business owners on solutions, financing, and insurance claims
Prepare and present project proposals.
Close sales and collect payments.
Manage roofing projects from contract signing through completion.
Meeting with insurance adjusters and helping throughout the claim process.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
6 weeks of Training Pay - $700 weekly to W2 Sales Reps.
Running company leads - 2 a day average after Week
$500 vehicle stipend monthly for 3 months. If you bring a minimum 20 deals a quarter, the $500 monthly vehicle stipend could continue.
