Summary

We’re looking for a loving, patient, and nurturing caregiver to join our wobblers classroom in the afternoons! If you have a heart for littles and believe in supporting their earliest developmental milestones through warm, responsive care—this role is for you. You’ll work alongside a dedicated teaching team to ensure our little wobblers feel safe, seen, and soothed in a consistent and engaging environment.

Duties

• Provide attentive, gentle, and responsive care to wobblers/toddlers
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and nap routines in accordance with state guidelines and center policies
• Build secure attachments through cuddles, songs, eye contact, and meaningful interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Communicate daily with lead teachers and families about each child’s day
• Support developmental goals through age-appropriate activities and sensory exploration
• Ensure a calm, peaceful atmosphere during transitions and caregiving routines

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
• Warm, nurturing, and dependable personality
• Commitment to being present, responsive, and emotionally available for young children

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an infant or toddler classroom
• Familiarity with infant development and respectful caregiving approaches (example: Conscious Discipline)
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A sense of humor and a calm, grounded demeanor
