Job Description

Careerscape is currently assisting with the hiring of a Remote Account Coordinator for a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused professional to support account management, customer communication, and day-to-day business operations.

The Account Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, clients, and account managers to help keep projects, communications, and client requests moving smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Support account managers with day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
  • Help coordinate client requests, project updates, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate account records, contact information, notes, and activity updates in internal systems
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and client-facing materials as needed
  • Monitor inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and route requests to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, accounts, or projects
  • Track deadlines, meetings, action items, and internal follow-ups
  • Coordinate communication between sales, operations, marketing, customer success, and client service teams
  • Help identify account needs, open items, and opportunities for improved client support
  • Review documents and account information for accuracy and completeness
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with post-meeting recaps
  • Support client retention, relationship management, and overall account satisfaction
  • Maintain strong organization while managing multiple accounts, tasks, and priorities

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with clients, customers, or internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups at once
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM systems
  • Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable taking direction, asking questions, and keeping projects organized
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, marketing, account coordination, or client services is helpful but not required
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
