Our Mission: Democratize the Private Club experience through Luxury Residential pop-ups at accessible price points.Following a successful 10-event beta phase, we are seeking a Michelin-trained Chef to become the Culinary face of our brand.
Timeline & VisionLaunch: 6 months.
R&D Phase: Currently developing our final two menus.
Hiring Urgency: Role to be filled within 7 days.
First Session: Paid R&D/prep begins in 2–3 weeks.
We serve 5-course tasting menus (plus amuse-bouche) rotating through global cuisines. While the founder provides the brief and final menu approval, you have full creative control over execution, flavor profiles, and plating.
The Standard: High-complexity/Technique and Michelin-level plating are non-negotiable.
You are the star of the show. We require a charismatic chef comfortable engaging 15–20 guests. You will lead the evening by introducing courses, storytelling, and providing culinary education.
CompensationWe offer a transparent structure where each event cycle typically grosses $1,000+:
Admin/Shopping: State minimum wage.
Prep Days: Premium hourly rate based on Michelin experience (typically 2 days, 5–6 hours each).
Event Day: Lucrative flat rate (5–7 hour events).
Home Prep Bonus: Significantly increased hourly rates if you have access to a professional-grade home prep space.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a 1-Star Michelin kitchen (or equivalent).
Skills: Immaculate knife skills and modern aesthetic sensibility.
Traits: Highly organized, communicative, and seeking a long-term partnership.
